Can you design our exhibition stand?
Yes we can. We have fully qualified design staff that are trained in exhibition and trade show graphic design. We have designed thousands of exhibition stands to the delight of our clients, from small start-up businesses to big brand, blue-chip clients.
What makes your printed graphic panels better than the rest?
With over 10 years experience, we have refined our process to produce the very best results. We use high resolution, large format print technology that produces far superior prints with more vibrant colours and more accurate colour reproduction. Our graphics are printed on tear resistant, banner display inkjet media which gives a superb quality finish. The printed graphic panel is finally coated with a protective laminate ensuring your graphics can be used time and time again.
When should I order my exhibition display stand?
We recommend that you order your exhibition display stand at least two weeks in advance of your event so that you can test your display and become familiar with its operation. Never wait until the last minute to order your stand if at all possible!
How much is delivery?
Carriage varies from item to item. Minimum charge for delivery to the UK mainland is £12.50
How are items despatched?
We deliver using APC Couriers but items can be collected if requested.
What is your turnaround? How long will it take to get my item delivered?
Our standard turnaround time on exhibition displays with printed graphic panels is 24 hours or 3-5 days plus from receipt of artwork depending on our workload. Other items not requiring printed panels can be despatched for next day delivery after receipt of payment if they are in stock.
Do your prices include VAT?
17.5% VAT will be charged at the standard rate for all products and deliveries in addition to the prices quoted on the web site. Orders from Europe as well as other international destinations and also charities are exempt.
What do you get with the pop up stands?
Our stands come complete with exhibition printing. frame and deluxe transit case. Sometimes depending on monthly offers we supply the pop up stands with lights and counter conversion kit and even literature unit (See Monthly Special Offers*)
What comes with a pop up stand?
Our pop up stands stands come supplied with a frame and with full colour printed exhibition panels. Transit case and spotlights are optional extras.
What file formats do you accept for "print ready" graphics?
We accept print ready PDF files in CMYK. If you require any help when saving your files for print, please contact the design studio on 0800 052 1970. Files must be sent on disc or uploaded via our web site. Files under 2mb can be sent via e-mail to sales@design-matrix.co.uk.

How long does it take to set up my display stand?
Setting up a roller banner stand usually takes about 1-5 minutes and about 5-10 minutes on larger pop up display stands. With practice, this time can be reduced. All of our items come with easy-to-follow instructions.
Are your stands supplied with a warranty?
Yes they are. Our exhibition stands are supplied with a limited warranty that covers the hardware only. The minimum warranty on our items is 1 month and the maximum is 10 years. Please note, this covers the hardware and not the printed graphic panels.
Do accept returns?
We do accept returns on standard off-the-shelf items but we charge a 15% restocking charge. We cannot offer refunds on custom made items such as banner stands or printed panels.
